“ I strive to capture the unique South African landscape with all its diversity.”
Erika has been painting professionally since 2002. She has also been conducting art classes and workshops over the last twelve years.
Her work is on display at various Art Galleries. She is also represented by well known Art dealers and her work has been exhibited at various Art festivals. It is Erika’s desire to develop with every painting and embrace every opportunity to learn from other artists. Erika’s work finds its way into houses locally and abroad.
“ I love art, I love the South African landscape with all its vibrance. My biggest challenge is to do a painting where the viewer can ‘feel’ the scene. I will not sign my name until the ‘ lights are on’, until you can feel the houses have been lived in, the roads have been travelled.”
